Before you officially become a family member, let’s talk about disappointment.
I never want to disappoint you, but between May 1st and October 1st, we guarantee we're going to disappoint you for your preventative maintenance call. The same goes for December 1st to March 31st in our cooler climate locations.
When hot weather hits hard, it’s our duty as Essential Service Providers to respond to no-cool and no-heat calls as a priority.
The last thing we’d want on our conscience is for little 83-year-old widow Mrs. Jones to die from heat stroke because we were on a preventative maintenance call.
To avoid disappointment, the very best time to book a preventative maintenance call is sometime other than the dates above.

Nada. Zip. Zero. We do charge a $120 diagnostic fee to bring a fully stocked truck and an experienced repair technician to your front door and properly diagnose the problem and how to fix it.
We hate frivolous fees as much as the next feller, so expect two things:
- If it's a silly 5-minute fix, we'll waive the diagnostic fee.
- If we can't figure out the issue, you don't pay a dime.
Have a simple question? We will happily give you free advice over the phone.
We offer free estimates, too, but never over the phone. We believe anyone who does is a criminal. .There are just too many variables to get wrong with out seeing where the system is going and how it should function properly.
Oh, and Family Members don't pay a diagnostic fee. You're family, after all.
You betcha! If we don't show up in the one-hour window we promised you, we'll give you $1 for every minute we are late, up to 60 minutes. -

We figure you're busy with life. You don't have time to wait around all day for us. So we work really hard to get to your appointment within a tight 1-hour window and solve your problem as quickly as we can.
If we don't show up when we say we will, we will punish ourselves by paying you $1 a minute for up to 60 minutes as a small token of recognition for your valuable time.

Too many HVAC Contractors lazily wave a hose in the general direction of your outdoor condenser at the wrong time, Frankie is always coming at it from the inside out.
First we CLEAN your outdoor condenser, THEN we check all your system vitals to ensure they are within manufacturer specifications.
This AVOIDs false reading and fake sales opportunities.
Oh, and a tune-up always require replacement parts to bring your HVAC system back to nearly factory fresh condition. Everything else is just a sales call.
Frankie's Famous $69 Triple C Tune Up™ for heaters is unlike anything you have ever experienced before.
While a few unscrupulous HVAC Contractors are trying to figure out how to condemn your heater in a vailed effort to sell you a new one far too early. Frankie's out here fixing what's broken.
First we check the 7 sensors that ensure your heater will turn on and off when it supposed to. Then we make sure all the flaps are flapping, and wheels are turning so you have heat when you need it.
The thing about heaters is, they don't typically break when they're running, they break when they're sitting idle. We'll come make sure your ol furnace is limber and hasn't gone blind. With a little TLC it'll last a good long time.
Oh, and a tune-up always require replacement parts to bring your HVAC system back to nearly factory fresh condition. Everything else is just a sales call.
After hours includes all calls run after 7 pm and before 7 am daily, and on holidays.
$500 plus the cost of the repair. Unless you're a Family Member. Family Members don't pay for anything except for out-of-warranty repairs. You're family, after all.
Most of the time, though, we don't have to come out. Our emergency virtual triage service handles 9 out of 10 situations right over the phone, and is free for everyone.
