Work with Frankie
We're hiring in Phoenix. If you're an honest, happy, hands-on, and hungry person, we should talk.
Why our crew stays
Treated like family
Small crew, no call-center energy. You'll know everyone's name and they'll know yours.
Paid training
Certifications, manufacturer training, and ride-alongs on us — apprentices welcome.
Take-home van & tools
Stocked van, fuel card, uniforms, and the tools to do the job right the first time.
Real schedules
Fair on-call rotation, paid overtime, and time off that actually gets approved.
Benefits that matter
Health coverage, retirement match, and paid holidays.
Fix it right
We never ask you to upsell. Diagnose it, fix it, go home proud.
Open roles
Positions are open in both Phoenix, AZ and the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
Don't see your role?
Send us your résumé anyway. Good people are hard to find, and we'd rather meet you early than miss you.
