Nada. Zip. Zero. Fix it Frankie doesn't charge any fees to come out to your home and give you a visual inspection and verbal consultation. By no means does this replace a proper system diagnostic, but at least you can decide whether or not you like us before you have to commit to giving us any money.
Our certified HVAC mechanic will give you a price range based on our experience and knowledge to bring the piece of equipment back to manufacturer's specification.
If a further diagnostic is necessary to give you an exact price, it will cost $120 for the diagnostic service. You'll only pay this if we can properly diagnose the problem, and you choose not to do the repair that day with us. If you do proceed with the repair, the diagnostic is included in the service performed. If you choose to do the repair within the next thirty days, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the repair cost.
EXCEPTION: Family Members do not pay our $120 diagnostic service. After all, you're family.
