Before you officially become a family member, let's talk about disappointment.
I never want to disappoint you, but between May 1st and October 1st, we guarantee we're going to disappoint you for your preventative maintenance call. The same goes for December 1st to March 31st in our cooler climate locations.
When bad weather hits hard, it's our duty as Essential Service Providers to respond to no-cool and no-heat calls as a priority.
The last thing we'd want on our conscience is for little 83-year-old Mrs. Jones to suffer a heat stroke because we were on a preventative maintenance call. Or to fail 6-month-old Lily when she's freezing cold in a serious cold snap.
To avoid disappointment, the very best time to book a preventative maintenance call is sometime other than the dates above.
